Servierville is a town of Severe County and if you really want to be correct about Dolly’s actual birth place it was Locust Ridge Tennessee which is in Servier County. I clicked Pigeon Forge because it is the closest town to Locust Ridge. She was born in a cabin in a place call Locust Ridge on the banks of the Little Pigeon River.
