  2. Jimi’s grandmother was not a full blooded Cherokee and Jimi was not thrown out of school for holding a white girls hand.

    1. That grandmother question is garbage. It was his GRANDMOTHER’S grandmother who was full-Cherokee

  3. How can his grandmother be 1/4 Cherokee and be full blooded? Maybe I am missing something in the qualifications for being ‘full blooded’. I’m 1/4 Danish, but I don’t think that makes me ‘full-blooded”. Interesting questions. Wish there had been more about his playing, where he learned and who were his teachers/influences.
